Get ready to stream new series and projects from the cultural icon.

    Dec. 17, 2021

We all know Megan Thee Stallion is a savage, but now she’s adding a new title to her resume: producer. The Grammy Award-winning musician, philanthropist, college graduate and entrepreneur has signed an exclusive first-look deal with Netflix, where she’ll create and executive produce new series and other projects.

“I’ve always had a passion for telling creative and entertaining stories, so I’m thrilled about this partnership with Netflix,” Megan says. “Venturing into production is the next step in my journey as an entrepreneur, and I can’t wait to bring all my ideas to life and for my Hotties to watch.” Tracey Pakosta, head of comedy, adds, “Megan is a multi-talented creative force who has consistently made her mark on culture. She’s always growing and evolving as an artist, and we’re thrilled that she’s making a home at Netflix for this next chapter in her journey.”

Last week, the cultural icon graduated with a bachelor’s degree in health administration from Texas Southern University. Classy, bougie and a scholar? It’s truly Megan’s universe and we’re all just living in it.
