“At least it can’t get any worse, right?”
In the Season 2 finale of Ginny & Georgia, Miller family matriarch Georgia (Brianne Howey) was being escorted into the back of a police car. With Season 3 now streaming on Netflix, it’s time to find out how the scrappy young mom will try to wiggle her way out of this latest jam. “Georgia is definitely pushed to her limits this season, and she has to survive scenarios she’s never had to survive before,” Howey tells Tudum. We know you’ve been waiting for it, Peaches — watch the brand-new trailer for Ginny & Georgia Season 3 now, above. See how the Miller clan — Georgia, and her children Ginny (Antonia Gentry) and Austin (Diesel La Torraca) — brace themselves for Georgia’s murder trial (!), ankle monitor included.
Below, check out new photos of the Millers and the rest of the folks in Wellsbury as they deal with the fallout of Georgia’s arrest in Season 3, which lands squarely on the shoulders of Ginny and Austin, who desperately don’t want their mom to go to prison. This season, “we see a new side of Ginny where she’s really coming into her own, and accepting her decisions and standing by them, and making hard choices, but not being riddled with guilt or shame,” Gentry tells Tudum.
“This season we blew up our world. That’s the best way to describe it,” creator and executive producer Sarah Lampert tells Tudum about what’s to come for the Miller family. “The characters were pushed to new places, and the actors delivered performances that shook me to my core. The fans have been so patient, I cannot wait for them to see Season 3.”
Sarah Glinski, who joins the Ginny & Georgia family as showrunner and executive producer for Season 3, says the cornerstone of the series is the relationship between our titular mother and daughter. “It’s incredibly complex, filled with lots of love but also lots of pain. This season, we’ll see it evolve in unexpected ways. These women don’t start and end the season the same people,” she says. But that’s not all fans can expect: “We also dig deeper into other relationships — some we’ve seen before, and some we haven’t.”
Read on to find out everything you need to know about Ginny & Georgia Season 3. And remember, when the situation calls for it — take control and fight like a mother.
“Season 3 is our most ambitious and explosive season yet,” creator Lampert tells Tudum. “Going into it, we knew our core driving force isn’t the plot twists and turns, but the emotional truth of these two women. We care about these characters, they are messy and complicated and real, and that’s why we’re invested in the wild season they’re about to go through.” See all 10 episode titles for this adventure of a season below.

Season 3 of Ginny & Georgia began production in Toronto in April 2024.
Yup! Just like summer peaches, our Peaches wrapped on the third season in August 2024. “It’s always bittersweet to finish up a season,” Gentry told Tudum on set during the last few days of filming. “I know we’re not even done yet, and we still have post-production and blah blah blah. But I just want to see what we’ve managed to create this season, and see if people love it.”
Gentry’s on-screen mom, Howey, also felt mixed emotions during the final weeks of production. “It’s so close, but there’s so much exciting stuff to do!” she told Tudum. “We’re trying to take a lot of pictures, and I know in my heart that we have an amazing season ahead of us. Everyone’s worked so hard and the scripts are so good, and we’re just so proud.”

Howey and Gentry are back as the complicated and relatable mother-daughter duo Ginny and Georgia, alongside returning favorites Felix Mallard (Marcus), Sara Waisglass (Max), Diesel La Torraca (Austin), Jennifer Robertson (Ellen), Scott Porter (Mayor Paul Randolph), Raymond Ablack (Joe), Katie Douglas (Abby), Chelsea Clark (Norah), Nathan Mitchell (Zion), Silver (Katelyn Wells), and more.
“It feels surreal still,” SAG Award ambassador Gentry told Tudum when Season 2 premiered in January 2023. “The show’s success has meant so much to me. More so, just because it’s touched so many people globally.”

Ty Doran

Noah Lamanna
Ty Doran (he/him) and Noah Lamanna (they/them) will appear in recurring roles in Season 3.
Doran (Manifest) will play Wolfe, a laid-back guy in Ginny’s poetry class who doesn’t particularly like poetry.
Lamanna (Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Beacon 23) will play Tris. Friends with Marcus and Silver, they are a skateboarder who is supersmart and peer tutors.

“We ended Season 2 with Georgia arrested for murder — ruining her fairy-tale wedding and leaving the fate of the Miller family hanging in the balance,” said Lampert. “It’s always been Ginny and Georgia against the world, but the world has never come for them quite as hard as it will in Season 3.”
With Seasons 3 and 4 on the horizon, Lampert previously told Tudum that she has the story “all planned out.” The shocking Season 2 finale — which saw Georgia arrested at her own wedding after she suffocated a comatose Tom with a pillow to spare his family from further suffering — will directly set the stage for the show’s third season.
“When we had to develop the storyline for Season 2, we knew exactly what we wanted Season 3 to be,” Lampert told Tudum before the launch of the second season. “Georgia needed to kill someone and she needed to kill someone in Wellsbury, Massachusetts.” And she did. But, “it’s not over until it’s over,” Howey tells Tudum. “We can’t wrap it up in a pretty bow. That’s not real life. That’s certainly not Georgia’s life. It never has been. Why would it start to be her life now?”
Lampert also added that Season 3 will throw “new hurdles, new relationships, and new challenges” at Ginny and Georgia “in a way we haven’t seen before on the show.”
Ginny & Georgia’s second season — which dives into nuanced depictions of depression, first love, and the fierce bond between mother and daughter — garnered 56 million views by its fifth week after its release in on Jan. 5, 2023. And the series spent nearly two months in the Global Top 10, reaching 88 countries.
Lampert is the creator of the series, and Glinski joins as showrunner. Both executive produce. For Season 3, executive producers also include Jeff Tahler; Jenny Daly; Holly Hines; Daniel March (Dynamic Television); and Lance Samuels, Daniel Iron, and Armand Leo (Blue Ice Pictures). Elena Blekhter and Ali Kinney are co-executive producers.
All episodes are streaming now on Netflix.
