What happens in Found?

When 11-year-old Deron (Trayce Malachi) reports his older foster sister Camilla (Chloé Flowers) missing, the police are too caught up in the case of a kidnapped senator’s daughter to pay attention. Frustrated by the lack of response by the police, Deron defies his foster parents by reaching out to recovery specialist Gabi Mosely (Hampton) after watching her solve a missing persons case on the news. Gabi, who’d survived a kidnapping herself, hears Deron out. He says Camilla would never run away from their foster parents without him, and Gabi believes him. With very little to go on other than a little brother’s account of Camilla’s last 24 hours, Gabi and her team start to work the time-sensitive case with highly unorthodox, slightly illegal methods.

Gabi and her team — a P.I., a combat veteran, a criminal defense lawyer, and a tech-obsessed agoraphobe — manage to rule out several potential kidnappers, but they’re no closer to finding Camilla. And with each second that ticks away, the likelihood that she’s still alive becomes slimmer. Cracking under the pressure, Gabi finally demands help from the secret weapon that no one on her team knows about: her own childhood kidnapper, Sir (Gosselaar), whom Gabi has captured as retribution and now keeps locked in her basement. To find Camilla, she’ll have to play into Sir’s mind games to understand his twisted motivations.
