    Oct. 13, 2026

The FIFA World Cup 2030™ marks the 100th anniversary of the world’s largest soccer tournament, and Netflix will exclusively broadcast every match to fans in Spain and Andorra.

With defending FIFA World Cup 2026 champion Spain serving as one of the competition’s three host nations — alongside Morocco and Portugal — Netflix will feature full live coverage of the tournament, including pregame, halftime and postgame shows, a daily roundup show on match days, and additional programming in the tournament lead-up.

“Few events unite people like the World Cup,” says Bela Bajaria, Chief Content Officer at Netflix. “I was in the stands this year as Spain lifted the trophy and witnessed the passion, the pride, the stories — they all become part of a nation’s culture and are remembered for generations. With Spain set to host in 2030, we’re thrilled to bring every match to fans across Spain and Andorra on Netflix.”

When is the FIFA World Cup 2030?

The 2030 FIFA World Cup kicks off June 8, 2030, and concludes on July 21, 2030.

“We are pleased to build on our partnership with Netflix as we look ahead to the FIFA World Cup 2030,” adds Mattias Grafström, FIFA Secretary General. “This will be a special edition of the tournament, and we look forward to working together to bring it to fans across Spain and Andorra. Our shared ambition is to bring fans closer to the game and enable as many people as possible to share in the excitement of the competition.”

Where is the FIFA World Cup 2030?

Morocco, Portugal, and Spain are the official hosts of the FIFA World Cup 2030.

To honor the 100th anniversary of the first tournament, Uruguay (the 1930 host and champion), Argentina (the 1930 runner-up), and Paraguay (the home of CONMEBOL, the only confederation in 1930) will each host a centenary celebration match.

“For Spanish football fans, welcoming the world as reigning champions on Netflix will make this a moment unlike any other,” Bajaria continues. “And our expanding partnership with FIFA, including the Women’s World Cup in 2027 and 2031 for the US and Canada, reflects our continued commitment to bringing fans closer to the world’s biggest sports moments.”

What other FIFA World Cup tournaments are on Netflix?

Netflix will be the exclusive home of the FIFA Women’s World Cup in the United States and Canada in 2027 and 2031.

Coverage will feature English and Spanish-language telecasts in the United States, and English and French-language telecasts in Canada.

Prior to the tournament in 2027, Netflix will broadcast the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ Final Draw on Dec. 11.
