“COBRA KAI SIGNED FANFIC SCRIPT GIVEAWAY”

OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES (“Rules”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries (defined below) received. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 and older and the age of majority in their state of residence at the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period (defined below). Begins September 22, 2022 at 8AM Pacific Time and ends on September 29, 2022 at 8AM Pacific Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.netflix.com/tudum and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form (which includes full name, email address, state of residence, and phone number) (“Entry(ies)”). If you choose to submit an Entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply. See your wireless service provider for details on rates and capabilities. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. Limit one (1) Entry per person. On or about September 29, 2022, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner (“Winner”) from all valid Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will award a total of one (1) prize (“Prize”). The Prize will consist of a fan-fiction Cobra Kai script autographed by select members of the cast. Sponsor will make two (2) attempts to notify potential Winner via the email address submitted at the time of Entry. Winner must respond within two (2) days of such notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification, and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion an alternate potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the autographed fan fiction script Prize is One Hundred Fifty U.S. Dollars ($150). Actual retail value may vary. All details of the Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. All taxes and other expenses, costs, and fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of each Winner. By entering, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sponsor, and its affiliated companies, from any liability that may occur from participation in the sweepstakes and/or use of the Prize. For a copy of these official rules or a list of the Winner, available after September 29, 2022, send an email to tudumgiveaway@netflix.com with the subject line: Cobra Kai Signed Fanfic Script Giveaway.
