Homeowners from across America pitch their properties to one of four real estate tycoons, hoping to close a sale in this dealmaking reality series. Hosted by Nina Parker and featuring realtors Brandon Copeland, Glenn Kelman, Pamela Liebman and Danisha Wrighster, Season 1 of Buy My House shows real people hoping to sell against housing market trends in up-and-coming neighborhoods throughout the country.

The co-host of E!’s late-night talk show Nightly Pop, Parker brings her on-air presence to Buy My House. As host, she gets to know the sellers before sending them off to negotiate. With insider knowledge of the tycoons’ individual investment portfolios and personalities, Parker offers some helpful tips to the homeowners on how and with whom to strike a deal.
Parker has been an E! News fashion correspondent and covered the Oscars, Emmys, Golden Globes and other awards shows. She has also hosted multiple reunion episodes across VH1’s Love & Hip Hop celebreality franchise.

An NFL linebacker for the Atlanta Falcons, Copeland believes investing in real estate is his key to making money after football. He started flipping auction properties in Detroit and was immediately hooked by the returns. But with real estate being his side hustle, he’s a little more cautious than the other tycoons, especially when considering property in an unfamiliar neighborhood.

CEO of the Seattle-based real estate company Redfin, Kelman has a deep understanding of residential properties and a national network of experts informing his decisions. He asserts that he’s in the business of “helping people move” and primarily focuses on deals that involve families looking to find a new home, shying away from properties marketed as short-term rentals.

President and CEO of the New York–based global real estate firm Corcoran Group, Liebman is a no-nonsense negotiator who’s all about making deals. A self-described “deal junkie,” she’s interested in acquiring any property where there’s a profit, whether it’s $50,000 or $50 million. If the numbers don’t add up, she’s out.

Wrighster is a property financial specialist who’s made millions with a portfolio focused on owning and managing short-term rentals. When making a deal, she’s insistent on immediate cash flow and the ability to generate passive income. Wrighster previously appeared as a real estate expert on Fox’s home renovation reality series Home Free.
