From the creators of Instant Dream Home and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition comes Buy My House, a new real estate reality series where homeowners from across the US try to cut deals with real estate tycoons looking to buy their properties.
Hosted by Nina Parker of E!’s Nightly Pop, Buy My House shows people from communities all around America and the stories behind their homes. Viewers interested in real estate investment will discover a diversified view of housing trends in up-and-coming and resurgent neighborhoods throughout the country, along with a few locations off the beaten path.
Season 1 of Buy My House is available on Netflix on Sept. 2.

In addition to Parker as the host, Buy My House features Atlanta Falcons linebacker Brandon Copeland, Redfin CEO Glenn Kelman, Corcoran Group President and CEO Pamela Liebman and financial property specialist Danisha Wrighster as the tycoons. Read the cast guide for more information.
Each episode features four pitches to the tycoons delivered by homeowners from different parts of the country. Some sellers are families looking to upgrade, others are house flippers hoping to turn a profit, and a few are looking for a partnership to expand their own ventures. The tycoons represent a variety of real estate investment strategies, from reselling single-family homes to managing revenue-generating vacation rentals to supporting innovative approaches to property development.
Before each pitch, Parker gets to know the seller and offers advice on how to position their property. While the tycoons are competitive, they’re just as quick to back each other up when a seller is hesitant to take a good offer and, in some cases, will go in on a deal together. Any way to make the numbers work, the tycoons are game.
Season 1 of Buy My House features properties in more than 20 cities throughout the US, including neighborhoods in Detroit, Cleveland, San Antonio and the San Francisco Bay area. Additional locations include other parts of California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.
