Bling Empire already gave you a taste for luxury on Rodeo Drive. Now the empire is expanding — all the way to the Big Apple. Bling Empire: New York is on its way — premiering Jan. 20 — and the teaser trailer is giving viewers their very first glimpse into the opulence ahead. Fans of the flagship series might even recognize one star in the East Coast mix, amid all the private jets and high fashion. 

“New York City, I’m here!” announces Dorothy Wang in the teaser. As viewers saw at the end of Bling Empire Season 2, Dorothy has moved from Los Angeles to New York City. and she is clearly ready to take a bite out of her new city. “I’m hoping that I’ll vibe with New York guys more than LA guys. I’m single, ready to mingle,” she tells the camera in between shots of her on enviable dates. Only time will tell if any of these lucky men will make her “p q” (you’ll have to watch the trailer to find out what that saucy euphemism means). 

Dorothy is joined by a bustling group of sophisticated and affluent Asian Americans from New York for Bling Empire: New York, including It-girl Tina Leung, jewelry designer Lynn Ban, fashion magazine editor Blake Abbie and more. As seen in the teaser, sparkle, fashion and feathers (if you can find them) is the name of the status game as the cast parties and feuds throughout New York’s concrete jungle. Like Dorothy says in the video, “Sometimes I don’t want to unleash. But I will.” Prepare for the opera gloves to come off. 

While the Los Angeles Bling cast is all about the sprawling mansion, the quality of real estate is measured by address, not acreage in the spin-off. Competition — for love, for money and for power — is fierce, as New York introduces us to the billionaires, CEOs and fashion icons who call the City that Never Sleep home.
