Home cooks, it’s time to dig in: The public television cooking show America’s Test Kitchen, hosted by Bridget Lancaster and Julia Collin Davison, is here. A fan-favorite among the cast, Dan Souza — a James Beard Award–nominated editor, the former editor-in-chief of Cook’s Illustrated, and the chief content officer of America’s Test Kitchen — says he’s excited for more of the world to check out the show.
