A mist demon terrorizes the village, Lady Guardian Angkab makes a shocking discovery while on a mission, and the women prove adept at devil hunting.

Som Po continues to pursue Chan, but he appears immune to her advances. Angkab confronts Bua about the fate of her sister and pays a very high price.

An impatient Kahla targets turmeric thief Min as an adequate sire for her baby. Angkab learns of her severe punishment for questioning Lublae traditions.
