Tojima Wants to Be a Kamen Rider

Having always dreamed of becoming a Masked Rider, 40-year-old Tanzaburo Tojima trains alone in the mountains. He sees news that Shocker has appeared.

High school teacher Yuriko Okada looks up to Electro-Wave Human Tackle. One day, she happens upon Shocker carrying out an armed robbery.

On their way to the scene of a robbery, Tojima and Yuriko team up against a Shocker combatant, but a more surprising figure soon appears.

Yukarisu turns out to be a Shocker combatant. Stunned by the revelation that his girlfriend was his enemy, Mitsuba explains his history with Shocker.

Tojima and the others manage to defeat the assembled Shocker combatants. But just when things seem finished, a more frightening adversary arrives.

Having revealed his monstrous form, Man Spider attacks Tojima and his comrades. Unwilling to back down, Tojima throws a Rider Punch.

As Kumota and Nakao are about to fight, members of a rival gang burst in and attack them. When Nakao goes to avenge his boss, Kumota transforms.

Ichiyo suggests holding a tournament to determine the strongest fighter. Ex-Shocker combatants who have overcome their brainwashing face danger.

The tournament finally begins. Tojima faces off against Yukarisu in the first match, and brothers Ichiyo and Mitsuba battle in the second.

In the third round of the tournament, Tojima takes on Yuriko. As the fight goes on, Yukarisu starts to see them as the real Kamen Rider and Tackle.
