The Beginning After the End

The most powerful king in the world suddenly dies and is reborn in a world of magic. Named Arthur by his loving parents, he begins his second life.

Arthur's parents decide to take him to Xyrus City to find him a magic teacher. They hire their old party Twin Horns to protect them on the journey.

The mysterious, armor-clad beast tells Arthur her name is Sylvia and reveals the fate of his family. Later, she offers to teach him a mana technique.

Hearing a scream in the woods, Arthur rushes to the source and sees some men capture an elf girl. Recalling Sylvia's advice, he decides to fight them.

Virion, the former king of Elenoir, saves Arthur from certain death at the hands of the elven soldiers. Soon after, Arthur is invited to the castle.

Together with Virion, Arthur visits a witch whose magic lets him tell his worried parents that he is safe. Later, he begins training under Virion.

After three years of training in Elenoir, Arthur awakens the Beast Will in his Mana Core. One night, the stone Sylvia gave him starts to shine.

Arthur reunites with his parents and meets his sister for the first time. Later, Reynolds' boss suggests Arthur enroll in a prestigious magic academy.

Lilia and the others take Arthur into town to get a makeover. Lilia's parents hope to enroll her in Xyrus Academy, but she has yet to awaken her mana.

When Arthur notices Sylvie is missing during the auction, he searches for her and finds her with a Conjurer who serves the royal family.
