Natsume's Book of Friends

Fleeing a yokai who mistakes him for his grandmother, Reiko, Natsume meets a spirit in cat's form. Nyanko Sensei tells him about the Book of Friends.

Natsume meets a yokai who lives in a small shrine. Residents have long-mistaken him for a god, and his last remaining worshipper, Hana-san, is aging.
