Wild Heroes

Kiichi returns to his hometown after 10 years. One day, he saves a young girl who is being chased by the yakuza and offers her refuge at his place.

Kiichi suspects that Detective Akagi has abducted Hikari, but when his friends don't seem to care, he decides to search for her himself.

As the police question Kiichi about Akagi's murder, Tagawa is ordered to capture Kiichi. A woman claiming to be Hikari's teacher appears at the cabin.

After receiving a desperate message from Hikari to hurry and save her, Kiichi and the others discover that Sawako isn't who she says she is.

After Kiichi's friends refuse to get involved any further, he and Hikari go to Tokyo to find Hikari's father but eventually run into trouble.

Hikari recalls all her lost memories after she sees Shuntaro get shot by an unknown assailant. Later, the traitor's identity comes to light.

Kiichi and his friends attempt to retrieve the memory card's data but encounter unexpected difficulties. Mifumi approaches Shuntaro in the hospital.

Ordered to kill Hikari, Tagawa makes a surprising move. Mifumi offers to give her sister the data if she leaves the religious organization.

Unable to process his grief, Kiichi joins the religious organization. The group's leader, Sakaki, presents him with a deadly test of loyalty.

After learning about Rainman and the organization's sinister ceremony, Kiichi and his friends vow to protect Hikari with everything they've got.
