Ameku M.D.: Doctor Detective

A man with a grisly wound and oddly blue blood is rushed to Tenikai General Hospital. The genius Dr. Takao and her assistant Takanashi investigate.

Despite a breakthrough in the case, the mystery of the blue blood remains. Takao and Takanashi learn a local clinician initially tended to the victim.

A teenage girl jumps onto some train tracks after watching a video but survives and is hospitalized. Her twin sister insists the video is cursed.

Takao is asked to help a professor who says he and his research partner fell mysteriously ill after discovering the grave of an ancient mystic.

As Takao and the others struggle to explain the bizarre and fatal fire, another tragedy strikes. Later, at a wake, Takanashi notices a suspicious man.

With the suspect denying involvement in the two spontaneous combustions, Takao feels stumped — until she sees the second victim's blood test results.

After Takao is accused of misdiagnosing a previous patient, the hospital director moves to close her department. Takao resolves to uncover the truth.

Three hospitalized boys strangely grow sicker after witnesses report seeing an angel in the pediatric ward. Takao reluctantly agrees to investigate.
