Visually impaired Da-rim is the youngest in a family with a run-down laundromat. Without treatment, she will go blind. But bad news brings a new face.

Unable to confide in her family about the cost of her eye surgery, Da-rim wishes upon scratch-off lotteries. But fate brings Gang-ju to her once more.

During a scuffle, Gang-ju breaks Da-rim’s cane. Without it, Da-rim has no sight and must accept his help. Tae-ung bristles at Gang-ju's conduct.

Lost while hiking, Man-deuk and Gil-lye witness a man burying a large bag. The grandparents suspect a corpse, but upon digging, they find money.

The family argues over Da-rim’s surgery bill. Blaming herself, Da-rim drowns her sorrow with drinks but can’t afford to pay. Gang-ju receives a call.

While attending a funeral, Da-rim's grandparents discover the money's owner has died. Man-deuk and Gil-lye decide to head back to Euak mountain.

Gang-ju hovers around Da-rim, the only person who's ever liked his screenplay. But Tae-ung has reached his limit with Gang-ju's irritating behavior.

Da-rim happily schedules the eye surgery at her mother's behest. Unfortunately, Gang-ju gets himself into massive trouble at Cheongryeom Laundry.

With the 800 million won, Da-rim finally goes under surgery. But while she is recovering, her bandaged eyes blindly mistake Gang-ju for Tae-ung.

Gang-ju dwells over how Da-rim pretended not to recognize him. Da-rim has regained her sight but has trouble landing a job due to a spotty resume.
