Eren the Southpaw

Koichi Asakura dreams of becoming a designer. When a stunning piece of graffiti stops him in his tracks, he sets out to find the artist behind it.

Koichi and Sayuri bump into Eren at their exam prep studio. Struggling to improve his drawing, Koichi takes on a photography assignment.

Koichi lands his dream job but fixates on the gap between him and his peers. Years later, creative director Kamiya gives him a shot at a competition.

In 2007, Koichi joins the newly formed Kamiya Team but struggles for ideas. Meguro Advertising receives an invitation to a massive pitch.

The Kamiya Team has 10 days to develop two concepts for a new commercial, one featuring an enka singer. Koichi turns to sales rep Rukawa for advice.

Intrigued by Eren, model Akari Kishi pushes her to attend one of her fashion shows. There, Eren sees Akari walk the runway for the first time.

Sayuri asks to interview Eren for a feature on art students. But after hearing about the project, Eren refuses, saying she doesn't want to be used.

Koichi transfers to Yanagi’s team and gets swamped with work. Two years later, Kamiya goes to see him speak at a symposium for young art directors.

Anna Kishi pits Akari and Natalie against each other to become the main model for her brand. Akari takes the stage with everything on the line.

Koichi is convinced he lacks talent but unable to give up his dream. Rukawa entrusts him with a pharmaceutical company's cosmetics rebranding project.
