Rock is a Lady's Modesty

Lilisa Suzunomiya tries hard to act refined at a prestigious girls' academy. One day, she spots popular student Otoha Kurogane playing on a drum kit.

Otoha persistently asks Lilisa to jam with her once more, but Lilisa, intent on giving up guitar for good, does everything she can to avoid it.

Seeing how much Otoha enjoys playing drums reignites Lilisa's repressed passion for rock music. After jamming, they make a joint decision.

Alice harbors resentment for her stepsister Lilisa. While using an app to search for band members, Lilisa and Otoha see an ad for a symphonic group.

As Otoha and Lilisa rehearse with Red Familia, an arrogant singer belittles the group, which only serves to stoke the girls' fighting spirit.

Lilisa encounters Tina Isemi, the vice president of the student council. Otoha meets with her friend Tamaki Shiraya, who suggests they form a band.

Now a four-piece, the girls prepare for the battle of the bands, but Lilisa feels the pressure as she tries to earn Tamaki's approval and teach Tina.

As Tina is about to accept Tamaki's demand and quit the band, Lilisa insists she can coach Tina up to a sufficient level of playing in just five days.

Otoha and her bandmates begin their first performance, but Tina struggles with timing and Lilisa feels the crowd losing interest the harder she tries.

Frustrated by the crowd’s reaction to their set, Lilisa and Otoha harshly criticize each other's performance, which leads Tamaki to a realization.
