While playing at a local park in Animal Town, Iroha and her pet dog Komugi come across a mysterious stone — and a terrifying ram-like creature.

Now back to his sheep self, Mey Mey asks Komugi and Iroha to help his friends who have been turned into Garugaru. But Iroha fears for Komugi’s safety.

In Niko Garden, Mey Mey once again asks Komugi and Iroha to help his friends. Satoru investigates a strange black egg that he finds in a forest.

Mayu’s mother prepares to open her new shop, Pretty Holic. Meanwhile, the Kirarin Rabbit gets to work restoring Niko Garden to its former glory.

After meeting a girl named Ema and her Pomeranian puppy, Komugi and Iroha recall how they first met. Soon after, a Garugaru appears on the sea.

Komugi and Iroha get into an argument when they realize their leash is gone. Later, Komugi confronts a lion Garugaru but is soon gripped with fear.

Satoru tries to convince Komugi to talk with Iroha. Meanwhile, the roar of a Garugaru echoes across town as Iroha goes to retrieve her companion.

Iroha helps Mayu to feel less anxious on her first day of school. Komugi goes to meet Iroha at school but somehow ends up at Pretty Holic instead.

The Niko Diamond’s power allows Komugi to attend Iroha’s school in human form — until she gets sleepy after lunch and instantly turns back into a dog.

Mayu comes up with new product ideas for Pretty Holic but can’t decide which one to choose. Later, she recalls meeting Yuki for the first time.
