Seiji Oda

Fresh out of jail, ex-Tendokai head Seiji Oda returns to his namesake gang in Yokohama. His first move is to get an old friend released from custody.

Sagamikai boss Kawashige suspects that someone has betrayed the syndicate. Shinsaku’s father falls under suspicion, and Oda agrees to shelter him.

Kawashige resists arrest and is killed in the process. With the remnants of Sagamikai out for Keisaku’s blood, Oda decides to help him flee overseas.

Oda tasks his subordinates with looking into his childhood friend Yanagi, who recently got out of prison. Meanwhile, Yanagi tries to procure a gun.

A stalker threatens to kill Kasumi and causes an incident in a hostess club. When she asks Oda for help, he orders his men to find the culprit.

As Oda's gang braces for an imminent war with the Toramatsu Clan, Oda assigns a team of his underlings to protect Kasumi from the obsessed Koji.

かつて織田同志会によって壊滅された鬼塚組の黒田が、長い服役を終えて出所。織田に深い恨みを抱く黒田が復讐(ふくしゅう)のチャンスを狙う裏で、八王子の八央会がある陰謀を企てる。

三島会会長と織田への恨みを晴らすため、上州最大勢力を有する赤城組の頭補佐・柴田が2人を執ように襲撃。関係者も次々と巻き込まれ横浜が血の海に染まるなか、織田の静かな闘志が湧き上がる。

任侠(にんきょう)団体・織田同志会織田組を結成した織田は、赤城組との全面抗争に向かって動き出す。一方、赤城組若頭の一色は戦争になる前に手打ちにすべく、織田組副会長の小野田に接触する。

次々と仲間が犠牲になり怒りが頂点に達した織田は、赤城組のせん滅を誓い敵地へと乗り込む。たった5人で敵の大軍に立ち向かう織田同志会の運命、そして男たちの最後の戦いの結末やいかに。
