As Toru Amuro, Rei Furuya starts his day bright and early to open up Café Poirot, the bustling coffee shop located under the Mouri detective agency.

While working at Poirot, Rei has to duck out to chase down a fugitive. During his intense daily workout, Rei comes across an adorable little dog.

After an eventful night, Rei goes undercover to a popular curry shop and meets up with Kazami, who bravely orders the spiciest curry on the menu.

While chasing a thief, Rei unknowingly participates in an obstacle course game show. Later, as he teaches a boy to ride a bike, a memory surfaces.

After a brief encounter with an FBI agent, Rei washes his beloved car and discovers an adorable little dog that's determined to win his heart.

Rei doesn’t know what to call his furry friend yet — but discovers that the dog loves his guitar playing, which inspires the perfect name.
