Something in the Rain

Trudging through life in a dead relationship and lousy job, Yoon Jin-a finds relief in an old childhood acquaintance. When did he grow to be so tall?

Feeling defeated after dealing with a major work emergency, Jin-a hits up Seo Jun-hui to make good on a promise and takes him out to lunch.

Lee Gyu-min takes Jin-a out to the very restaurant where he was caught cheating. But that is only the beginning of this man’s dangerous pursuit.

After spotting Gyu-min at Jin-a's house, Jun-hui becomes increasingly frustrated by Jin-a's incompetence in handling the breakup.

Jun-hui finds Jin-a at a nearby playground holding his umbrella. He asks to hang out all night — as brother and sister, of course.

With Jun-hui cheering for her on the sidelines, Jin-a takes small but bold steps to stand up for herself — first to her boss, then to her ex.

While Seo Gyeong-seon is out of town for a business trip, Jin-a spends the night with Jun-hui as creeping guilt weighs heavily on her shoulders.

Gyu-min sends Jin-a a large basket of flowers, but she never receives them. Kang Se-yeong tries to get Jun-hui's attention, but to no avail.

During a family dinner with Gyeong-seon and Jun-hui, Jin-a's mother offers them extremely candid advice, putting Jin-a in a very difficult position.

Jin-a confronts Gyu-min for stepping out of line but eventually ends up at a police station, where Yoon Seung-ho and Jun-hui come to her aid.
