After a tough battle, Sasaki prevails against Orochi, knocking his mask off. But the face he unveils shocks him into an uncontrollable panic.

Kanae learns just how powerful Eto is. Later, Sasaki receives permission for his plan to impersonate ghouls and is soon recognized as Eye Patch.
