After joining the narcotics division, maverick police officer Izanagi must go undercover and investigate some rappers suspected of growing marijuana.

Learning that a rival group has kidnapped his fellow Kumon member Zero, Izanagi goes to rescue him with his new comrades in a bid to gain their trust.

Izanagi's boss tells him to focus on finding information about the cannabis plantation. Redhead challenges Izanagi and the others to a rap battle.

Redhead raids Kumon's hideout looking for leads on the plantation's location. Meanwhile, Hulk notices something strange about a new batch of Heaven.

Kayaku takes Izanagi to the plantation. After the other Kumon members arrive with Born-D, the two groups decide to team up against their common enemy.

Izanagi is fired, and Kayaku and Born-D await trial. When Ando announces he will give a public speech at a later date, Izanagi begins forming a plan.
