After being murdered, a man wakes in a strange new world as a baby goblin named Gobrou. He wastes no time making allies and learning how to survive.

When an older generation of goblins returns to the village with female human captives in tow, Gobrou’s reaction sparks a fight for ultimate authority.

The human women begin to show affection toward Gobrou. An injured creature begs Gobrou to reclaim her master's treasury from greedy adventurers.

Three haughty elves demand that Gobrou help them repel some human invaders. Later, Gobkichi and other members of the village finally evolve.

Gobrou saves the elf chieftain's daughter from human soldiers and returns her to her village. Gobjii gives Gobrou, Gobkichi and the others new names.

The Parabellum Mercenary Company begins its first job: confront the invading human army. Ogrou orders his forces to take four of the enemies hostage.

The empire dispatches eight heroic warriors with divine blessings, one of whom Ogrou encounters while fighting to end the war at the elves' behest.

Several Parabellum personnel evolve following the conflict. Ogrou frees prisoners of war and offers to let them join his group as provisional members.

Ogrou takes the humans to the city of Trient and asks them to make an important decision. Later, he sees a knight trying to save a kidnapped princess.

The chef sisters grow weak while en route to the royal capital, but their condition soon becomes serious when their bellies rapidly balloon in size.
