I Hear Your Voice

A student who can read minds has feelings for a brave girl who once helped him a decade ago. But Hye-seong is no longer the person Su-ha remembers.

Upon hearing that Hye-seong is now a public defender, Su-ha goes to visit her with a buoyant heart. But the news reaches another person from her past.

At her first trial, Hye-seong pleads not guilty thanks to Su-ha’s input from the stands — wondering why this sullen boy is so keen on helping her.

Fearing for Hye-seong’s safety, Su-ha sets out to find the now-released murderer, Min Jun-guk. Hye-seong loses confidence at the twin murder trials.

Hye-seong finally recognizes Su-ha as the boy from the trial a decade ago. As the twin trials continue, she begins to develop feelings for Guan-woo.

Thanks to Su-ha, Hye-seong gets close to cracking the case but is deterred by a dangerous offer. The two men, Su-ha and Guan-woo, worry for her.

An ominous dream gets Hye-seong thinking when a client terrorizes her. After reading her feelings for Guan-woo, Su-ha wishes he wasn't so young.

Min Jun-guk targets Hye-seong’s mother, leading Hye-seong to regret testifying for Su-ha. Once caught, he requests Guan-woo as his defense attorney.

Min Jun-guk is declared not guilty thanks to Guan-woo’s defense. A disappointed Hye-seong grows cold, and Su-ha vows to stop the murderer himself.

Su-ha loses his memory and is arrested on suspicion of murder. Hye-seong rises to his defense, but hits a wall when she can’t find a good argument.
