Plagued by nightmares following his return to Axel with his friends, Kazuma suddenly announces that he wants to join a religious order.

After checking out a new product at Wiz's shop, Kazuma visits Princess Iris with his friends to regale her with tales of his heroic exploits.

Kazuma agrees to stay at the royal palace and keep Iris company, but a week later, Darkness and the others come to take him back to Axel.

In a bid to catch the thief, Kazuma and his companions begin staying in Alderp's mansion. One night, Kazuma spots a suspicious figure in the kitchen.

While helping repel the Devil King's assault on the kingdom, Kazuma suddenly finds himself before Eris, who asks him to collect the Divine Treasures.

Hoping to prevent the body-swapping necklace from falling into the wrong hands, Chris and Kazuma decide to sneak into Iris's room to steal it.

Kazuma and Aqua spend lavishly after receiving a hefty reward for defeating Sylvia. Later, at Wiz's shop, Vanir offers to read Darkness's fortune.

After failing to defeat the hydra, Kazuma starts to realize that Darkness seems particularly intent on defeating the multi-headed creature.

Upset that Darkness has left the group, Kazuma and Megumin begin searching for a new party member. A frantic Dust suddenly begs Kazuma for help.

As Darkness and Aldarp's wedding day approaches, Megumin and Aqua each try to prevent the ceremony from going ahead, but their efforts are in vain.
