Snow White with the Red Hair

After being chosen by Prince Raj to be his concubine, Shirayuki cuts off her distinctive red hair and flees the country, meeting a man named Zen.

Now living in Clarines, Shirayuki heads to the forest with Zen to look at the herbs there. Attracted to her red hair, a strange man attacks.

Shirayuki is now a regular visitor at Zen's castle. But some distrust her intentions and one lord, Haruka, foments a plan to get rid of her.

After the herbalist exam begins, someone locks Shirayuki in the greenhouse with Zen, threatening her result. Later, she gets to know her new teacher.

Zen arrives at Fort Laxdo for an inspection and is shocked to find that everyone's mysteriously fallen ill. He asks Shirayuki for help finding a cure.

Crown Prince Izana returns to Clarines. Suspicious of his younger brother Zen's relationship with Shirayuki, he invites Prince Raj for a visit.

Hurt by Izana's words, Shirayuki doubts if she truly deserves to be with Zen. While consoling her, Zen recalls how things were when he was younger.

Worried about the unwanted attention focused on Shirayuki after Raj's outburst, Zen sends Obi to be her bodyguard. Obi asks her something troubling.

Still recovering from the effects of the alcohol, Shirayuki is a bit out of control. While watching her, Obi notices they're being followed.

Kiharu, a young girl, comes to the castle to ask Zen for help protecting her home's birds. Shirayuki comes up with an idea to make it worth his time.
