Widow by day and masked vigilante by night, Yeo-hwa leads a smooth double life — until she runs into an undercover superintendent at a gambling den.

Minister Yeom punishes his worker severely for splashing water on his beloved artwork. Yeo-hwa punishes him by swapping his art with one of her own.

Su-ho saves Yeo-hwa from a pack of thieves. Yeo-hwa follows her mother-in-law to a poor village and ends up risking herself to save an elderly woman.

Pil-jik’s subordinates are acting quite suspiciously. Yeo-hwa asks for help, but Su-ho refuses to aid a mere vigilante with such high-stakes matters.

Yeo-hwa will continue her vigilante work because the laws are unfit to serve the people. Su-ho feels conflicted. Meanwhile, Heung-jip is found dead.

To prove Yong-deok’s innocence, Yeo-hwa volunteers to testify. A lingering scent among other clues has Su-ho wondering if the real perp is out there.

Yeo-hwa gets a warning and a mysterious note. The King and Yun-hak have learned that the missing king’s guard may be Yeo-hwa’s brother, Seong-hu.

Yeo-hwa believes there is a huge conspiracy behind her brother’s disappearance. Geum-ok sees a man who bears a striking resemblance to her dead son.

Yun-hak discovers Yeo-hwa's identity and questions her. Upon regaining his memory, Su-ho realizes who had a hand in the massacre of his family.

Yeo-hwa stresses that she and Su-ho are nothing more than collaborators with a common goal. Ji-seong attempts to blackmail the King but is thwarted.
