Kamisama Kiss

Earth god Mikage gives Nanami his shrine, but Tomoe, a fox spirit, will not accept her and runs away. Nanami enters the spirit world to find him.

The famous Kurama transfers to Nanami’s school, and she is disappointed when he snubs her. But then Kurama starts to develop an interest in her.

Himemiko is in love with a human boy and asks Nanami for advice. Tomoe warns that love between spirits and humans is taboo, but Nanami wants to help.

Mizuki, a spirit from Yonomori Shrine, takes the form of a white snake. He abducts Nanami and proposes to her. She tries in vain to get away from him.

The lightning god Narukami steals Nanami’s god mark and shrine and turns Tomoe into a baby. Nanami, carrying Tomoe, gets lost. Then Kurama appears.

After Tomoe and Nanami’s kiss, Kurama flirts with Nanami, but she’s really Tomoe in disguise. Mizuki pays Nanami a visit while Tomoe isn’t around.

Tomoe scolds Nanami for helping Ami spend time with Kurama. Then a girl says that she wants to walk home with Tomoe, so Nanami tries to set them up.

Nanami and friends are having fun at the beach until Ami gets into trouble. Tomoe, who is not supposed to go into the ocean, jumps in to save her.

Nanami travels back in time to get the dragon’s eye. There she meets Tomoe and his beloved Yukiji, who is sick and needs the eye to become immortal.

Mikage releases Tomoe from a curse and Tomoe becomes his familiar. Tomoe is confused about his role and causes trouble, but he comes to revere Mikage.
