Seann William Scott
A comedic actor with a high-wattage grin whose good looks and outgoing personality helped him ride the wave of teen films well into his 30s, Seann William Scott was born in Cottage Grove, Minn., on Oct. 3, 1976. The youngest of seven brothers and sisters, he moved to Los Angeles after high school and found early work in an Aerosmith video.

Scott's scene-stealing performance as the party-loving Steve Stifler in American Pie (1999) marked his feature-film debut and turned him into an instant celebrity. More often than not, he continued to play the same type of freewheeling characters. But Scott also experimented with dramatic roles, portraying twin brothers in the futuristic indie Southland Tales (2006).

The actor also found himself in demand among the 18-to-34 crowd as an awards show regular, co-hosting the 2003 MTV Movie Awards with Justin Timberlake and presenting at countless others.
