During a fierce war in ancient China, Princess Ling (Michelle Reis) of the Chun clan and her two generals (Cynthia Khan and Waise Lee) must escape from the Ha Hou rebels determined to bring the kingdom down. But when the princess meets an enemy prince (Sek-Ming Lau), the two fall in love -- setting the stage for tragedy as the prince's warmongering aunt goads him on. Legendary Shaw Brothers choreographer Philip Kwok directs the action sequences.
