It's 2020, and unified Korea is plagued by the murders of top scientists involved in secret government research 30 years ago. On the case is Officer Seok (Seung-woo Kim), who's joined in his investigation by beautiful criminologist Hui-su (Yunjin Kim) when her father -- the police chief -- is snatched by the killer. As the body count rises, Seok and Hui-su discover that government connections go deeper than they could possibly imagine.
