An unexpected encounter with a mysterious beast leaves shady real estate developer Russel Bane (Jeremy London) afflicted with the curse of the werewolf. An expert in the occult (Christy Carlson Romano) shares her own werewolf secret and agrees to teach him about the underworld. Bane soon gets involved in a bitter vampire feud and teams up with a squad of vampire hunters to track down a powerful ancient bloodsucker (Yancy Butler).
