Be careful what you wish for! In Wishmaster, an evil genie known as the Djinn is accidentally released after being trapped for centuries inside a gemstone. Seeking to grant three wishes so it can regain its human form, it wreaks bloody havoc on the poor souls who succumb to its offer. In the sequel, the Djinn is once again liberated during a botched museum heist and sets out to collect 1,001 souls as part of his diabolic plan to rule the Earth.
