When an undercover NATO security man is murdered in Greece over nefarious dealings at a U.S. radar installation, his widow (Jean Seberg) becomes a suspect and must go to great lengths to clear her name. Through her many tribulations, all set against exotic Greek backdrops, Seberg must deal with fake priests, a pornographically obsessed millionaire, secret agents … and even the film's director, Claude Chabrol, in a cameo role as an informer.
