In order to gain the trust of the ringleader of an illegal arms racket (Noel Madison), federal agent Allen Grey (Charles Starrett) goes undercover as a boxer. But Grey's brilliant plan to bring down the gangster begins to unravel when he finds himself falling for the criminal's sister. Actor Starrett later went on to win film popularity playing cowboy heroes in Western movies.
