Alcoholism has cost ex-cop Tom Coletti (Frank Vincent) his job and his marriage. Now, he's working for a New Jersey bank, supervising the disposal of corporate bonds. Desperate for cash, Coletti pockets some of the bonds before they can be destroyed. But local mobster Carmine Ferraro (Vincent Pastore) isn't happy he was cut out of the lucrative theft. Now, Coletti is on the run from the cops and the mob in this action thriller.
