Owner of Gumshoe Video, movie geek Neil (Cillian Murphy) leads an unexciting life, preferring to get his thrills from his favorite noir films. But when gorgeous flesh-and-blood femme fatale Violet (Lucy Liu) walks into his life, Neil finds that silver screen intrigue, adventure and danger are no match for the real thing. Directed by Paul Soter, this charming romantic comedy co-stars Jason Sudeikis, Heather Burns, Dennis Gubbins and Tara Orr.
