Sexy, supercharged Vice Academy cop Holly (Ginger Lynn Allen) and her new partner, Candy (Elizabeth Kaitan), are off on a wild and crazy adventure. Escaped convict Malathion -- who got her name after being warped by toxic chemicals -- is on a rampage and soon becomes an oversexed threat to the community and the environment. Luckily, Holly and Candy aren't nice -- they're vice, and this time it's global!
