Despite being over 30, Annie-Mary (Rachel Griffiths) is still living at home with her father, Jack (Jonathan Pryce). When her father has a stroke, Annie-Mary must run the family bakery, even when she finds out that one of her dearest friends, Bethan (Joanna Page), has a terminal illness. Desperate to fulfill Bethan's lifelong wish of going to Disneyland, Annie-Mary sets out to win a talent show with her newly formed pop group.
