Preston Sturges's 1948 comedy gets an update in this hilarious tale about a husband who can't bear to think of his wife with another man. When a brother-in-law (Albert Brooks) informs orchestra conductor Claude (Dudley Moore) that his wife (Nastassja Kinski) may be having an affair with musician Maxmillian (Armand Assante), Claude slips into a state of insanity and, while conducting the symphony, dreams up an elaborate scheme to murder his wife.
