When it opened in May 1960 at Greenwich Village's Sullivan Street Playhouse, no one foresaw that the musical "The Fantasticks" would grow to become a New York City institution spanning decades. This documentary, a loving reminiscence of the show's fabled run, features interviews with some of the biggest names to have passed through its hallowed curtains: Glenn Close, F. Murray Abraham, Ricardo Montalban and Jerry Orbach.
