Trust the Man

Picking up the pieces of her crumbling marriage to a sex addict (David Duchovny), Rebecca (Julianne Moore) agrees to a trial separation. Meanwhile, her brother Tobey (Billy Crudup) is missing the spark he once had with Elaine (Maggie Gyllenhaal), his long-term girlfriend. Writer-director Bart Freundlich's intimate look at modern-day relationships follows the romantic lives of these two siblings, both of whom are having problems with love.
