Desperate to save her flagging career and crumbling marriage, aging television actress Ching (Miriam Yeung Chin Wah) sets out for the home of Mei (Bai Ling), an attractive young mystic who hawks mystery dumplings that hold the promise of youth. But what's in them? The answer is frighteningly obvious, and though it's shocking to the core, Ching is much too invested not to consume them. But what is she giving up in return?
