High school student Freya McAllister (Navi Rawat) begins hearing voices in her head on the night of her prom and ends up misdiagnosed as schizophrenic. She spends eight agonizing years in an institution before a doctor (Peter Horton) realizes Freya might instead be telepathic -- and he promptly whisks her away and commences training her for National Security Agency service. This 2003 film was the pilot for a TV series that never materialized.
