The Twelve Kingdoms

Based on the popular series of fantasy novels by Fuyumi Ono, The Twelve Kingdoms is the story of Youko Nakajima, a young student who meets a blond stranger and is told that it is her destiny to travel to a distant world. Soon, along with her classmates Sugimoto and Asano, Youko finds herself in a mystic world where she and her friends must undertake a perilous journey to the Kingdom of Kei.
