Noted Russian conductor Vladimir Fedoseyev leads the Moscow Radio Symphony Orchestra in this 1991 concert that includes Tchaikovsky's Symphony no. 2 in C Minor and excerpts from "Eugene Onegin," an opera based on the Aleksandr Pushkin novel. In the selections from "Eugene Onegin" -- which include the Letter Scene and Polonaise -- Lydia Shernikh sings the role of Tatyana, and Alexander Nenadovsky takes on the titular role of Onegin.
