Stanley (Tom Arnold), the patriarch of the Stupids, has become obsessed with who's "stealing" his garbage each week. Inadvertently, Stanley bumbles onto a covert military plan involving arms shipments to terrorists, and is soon targeted for assassination. Will Stanley and his doofus clan thwart the terrorist plan? That's a rhetorical question! Features cameos by Jenny McCarthy, Bob "Captain Kangaroo" Keeshan and director David Cronenberg.
