After Secret Service agent Joshua McCord (Chuck Norris) saves the First Lady from the hands of dangerous captors, he's finally ready to take a much-needed sabbatical. Unbeknownst to him, a group of terrorists are planning to discharge a nuclear weapon if their demands are not met. When the president (Robert Urich) asks for McCord's help, he must oblige in order to save the country from imminent danger.
